1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
You may return your Keepsake Ball within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs (if applicable).
To qualify:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your Keepsake Ball arrives damaged or not functioning, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund once verified.
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our personalized digital product, we cannot accept returns for:

Customized Keepsake Balls containing uploaded personal content
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to our U.S. return center (address provided via email after request).
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
